This website is having a usage of multiple number of portfolio photographs, shot by Jürgen Schurr and Gabriele Gratkowski in a Studio in Karlsruhe, Germany. The rights of these photographs are completely owned by Abhirup Roy and have no legal liabilities regarding the consent from the photographic artist with their consent. Moreover, those photographs have been used with the full consent of the photographic artist.

The other photos, which have been uploaded in the gallery, are mostly from the live concerts and performances. We have tried to mention the courtesy mentioning photographer’s name as much as possible. However, not mentioning the name of the photographer due to lack of information is not an intentional dishonor to the person and not leading to any legal violations.

Graphics:
The design has made by Mann Singh in a major part and developed by him only. Whereas, concept and ideas along with few areas of the graphical experiments in design has made by Abhirup Roy. After getting live of the website, the owner is not anymore legally liable to the graphic artist as per the Copyright Act, 1957. All the graphical presentations have been used in this website after earning the full consent of Mann Singh.

Any personal and/or contact information provided to us or the artist will be kept in private. You will not be spammed in any way, and I will not sell or disclose your information to any other third parties.

Music album and album art Policy

Audio:
The audio tracks, which are either linked in this website from third parties or provided by the owner, are not used unlawfully in this website. Only those albums are portrayed which the artist is personally involved in musically. If it is from a Solo album of the artist himself, then it is used by Abhirup Roy himself with the consent of publishing and using the track. If the owner is the co-artist of the album then only few parts / tracks have been used to highlight the owner’s artistic contribution to the composition. Moreover, once the album is out for public for a commercial and non-commercial cause, using such album’s small portion is not liable for any kind of violation of Copyright Act, 1957 until it is sold through this website and caused any financial infringements.

Album art:
Mostly we try to keep the same album art as released by the publisher. However, keeping the storage space and size in mind, little changes in the text on the album graphical presentation is not to make any violation of the law. It is just to ward from misleading or wrong representation of information, which can mislead the artist’s image among the society.
